To comply with new government regulations and enhance account security, we introduced Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) for our online lottery platform. The feature allows players to enable MFA during sign-in and manage their preferences within their profile, all while ensuring clarity and ease of use without referencing specific third-party apps.

We expanded PowerBucks, a popular progressive jackpot game traditionally found online and in casinos, to thousands of retail locations across Ontario. This initiative created a seamless omni-channel experience, allowing retail players to engage instantly and continue their journey digitally through a nightly draw.

Lightning Lotto
We launched Lightning Lotto, a fast-paced progressive jackpot game available at retail locations across Ontario. Unlike traditional lottery games, Lightning Lotto reveals the jackpot numbers upfront. Players receive randomly generated numbers on their ticket and hope for a match. Each play contributes to a growing jackpot, creating a dynamic and engaging retail experience.

We launched Top Up, a slot-style add-on game designed to enhance the retail Instant Scratch ticket experience. For just an additional dollar, players could opt into a quick, engaging game triggered at the point of sale. If the player lands three Top Up symbols in a row on the display screen, they win the jackpot—adding excitement and value to their retail visit.

The NBA Film for Fans project was a collaboration between OLG and the NBA to celebrate basketball culture through short story films showcased at the Toronto International Film Festival (TIFF). My role focused on designing an intuitive UI/UX experience that allowed users to explore and engage with fan stories seamlessly.

While working within the constraints of pre-developed templates, the goal was to create a clear, intuitive structure that allowed players to easily find their favourite games and discover new ones.
